Returns

We want you to love your hat. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

• The cap must be unused, unworn, and unwashed

• All original tags and packaging must be included

• The item must be in re-sellable condition

Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration may not be accepted.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status. Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Shipping fees are non‑refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item, defective product).

Exchanges

If you need a different color, you can request an exchange within 30 days. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item is out of stock, we’ll issue a refund instead.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your cap arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll replace it at no cost to you.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our end. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.

How to Start a Return

To begin a return or exchange, contact us at connie@therealeskater.com with:

• Your order number

• The item you want to return or exchange

• The reason for the return

Standard delivery is guaranteed to arrive at your door within 2-3 weeks following confirmation of the order being placed.

Note: for pre-order items an ETA is independently listed, once the pre-sale period ends your item should arrive within 2-3 weeks.
